Refund policy

We only accept returns & exchanges during delivery time.

Please make sure to try the item while the courier is still outside & return it back if you're not satisfied with the purchase.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after the courier leaves. 

In case of a return or exchange, shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Returned items must be in the original condition with the packaging intact.

If a product is faulty please contact us within 3 days maximum from receiving your order.

Refund takes from 5-10 working days. Once we receive your order, we inspect it & contact you to transfer the payment.
